Radisson Collection Baltics reopen Tallinn hotel

May 18, 2022 – Radisson Hotel Group has debuted the Radisson Collection brand in the Baltics by launching Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn.

Radisson Collection Baltics

This new property in Estonia’s capital city is the result of an extensive 25 million Euro renovation.

Locally inspired design

Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn is now welcoming guests at the heart of Tallinn on Rävala boulevard within the city’s historic old town. In this location, the hotel is surrounded by cafes and shops and close to major sites such as Tallinn’s main square.

The local architect, Argo Vaikla, designed the hotel’s interiors to create the feeling of being in the Estonian forest, featuring dark Estonian wood panels and other eco-friendly design details such as carpet made from fishing nets. Photography by Kristoffer Vaikla decorates the walls.

“The opening of Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn is a milestone achievement for us, as we introduce our luxury lifestyle brand to this culturally rich city and region,” said Ain Käpp, CEO of HMP Hotellid OÜ.

“Radisson Collection properties embrace and represent the local culture and design wherever they are located, and this is true here at Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn as well. Guests will be able to discover Estonian art, design, and photography which are on display throughout the hotel.”

Gastronomy and wellness

The property houses 287 rooms and suites including family rooms, suites and junior suites, which have access to fitness and sauna facilities, as well as the premium suites providing views over the old town and a panoramic presidential suite.

Guest facilities here include a fourth-floor wellness area encompassing a spa with three saunas, a Japanese bath, swimming pool and spacious gym.

Guests and locals can dine in the 24th-floor rooftop restaurant and bar ISSEI serving Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and the first-floor Estonian restaurant MEKK where chef Rene Uusmees creates modern Estonian-inspired dishes. Notably, ISSEI is the first restaurant to offer Nikkei cuisine in the Baltics.

Completing the guest experience is 1,000 sq m of event space including eight meeting rooms that are named after cities where Radisson Collection hotels are found.
