“The signing of Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North builds on our recent announcement of Hilton Garden Inn Sydney Kingswood in late 2021 and is testament to our commitment to our organic growth strategy, which sees us bring the right brands to the right locations, at the right time.”

Located 13 kilometers from the Brisbane Airport, the hotel will be strategically positioned in the north of Brisbane’s central business district (CBD) providing convenient access to all parts of the CBD, and easy walking distance to many city centre attractions as well as to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane’s nightlife capital. The hotel is well located for food lovers to visit local restaurants and bar hubs such as Howard Smith Wharves and Eagle Street Pier, while leisure travellers will enjoy the close proximity to St Andrew’s War Memorial and Royal Brisbane Hospitals, Victoria Park and the RNA Showgrounds.

Rupert Yang, director, Spring Hill Property Group Pty Ltd and Image Developments Pty Ltd said, “We are delighted to partner with Hilton on this project that will bring their Hilton Garden Inn brand to an east coast CBD location for the first time.”

“Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North will contribute to Brisbane’s growth as a vibrant, dynamic city, which already benefits from significant intrastate and interstate leisure and business travel. As proud Australian developers who have been active in South East Queensland for 15 years, we look forward to the continued transformation of the city as it plans to welcome back international visitors and prepares for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games,” he added.

Designed by Hayes Anderson Lynch Architects, when Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North opens it will provide an upscale and affordable accommodation option to travellers. The hotel will enjoy 129 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a fitness room, and The Shop, a 24-hour grab-and-go retail store where essentials, as well as local beverages and tasty treats, are available.

“Having recently celebrated the opening of our 50th Hilton Garden Inn in Asia Pacific, and with more than 110 hotels in the pipeline, our goal is to welcome guests with our sunny approach to service, everywhere their travels take them,” said Jenny Milos, vice president, focused service & all suites brand management, Asia Pacific, Hilton.

“Already a key Australian city and the gateway to Queensland, the coming years will be an exciting time for Brisbane and will pave the way for savvy new travellers to the city to experience Hilton Garden Inn’s renowned positive, upbeat service.”

Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North will join 28 operating and 12 pipeline Hilton properties throughout Australasia.
