Nobu Madrid Hospitality announces plans for hotel

Nobu has signed with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate to develop a hotel in the Spanish capital’s Cortes District.

Nobu Madrid Hotel will become the Nobu Hospitality brand’s fifth hotel and restaurant in Spain.

Nobu Hospitality has announced the signing of a long-term management agreement with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate to develop this Madrid property. This follows on from the recent announcement of this partnership’s plans to develop a Nobu property in San Sebastián.

A new social hub for the city
Located in Madrid’s Cortes District, this property will place guests in a central site that is to open following the transformation of an existing office building.

On opening, the property will comprise amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, as well as a tri-level Nobu restaurant and bar, expansive rooftop bar and a lounge with skyline views.

A focus of the property, the hotel’s signature restaurant will showcase the design of renowned Californian architecture and design group, Studio PCH, which has led the design of several Nobu sites.

The launch of this hotel and restaurant will bring the brand’s Europe portfolio to 11 properties.
