Wizz Air launches first ever flight subscription in Europe
The novel subscription plan that guarantees unlimited flights within its network has been introduced by Wizz Air, a significant Hungarian low-cost airline and the seventh largest carrier in Europe. It is the first such offering in Europe, which will provide travellers with unmatched flexibility in terms of travel planning and expenses.

Subscription Overview:
Collaboration with Caravelo: In partnership with subscription travel experts Caravelo; this service is innovative for it allows subscribers to access as many flights as they desire on Wizz Air extensive rout network for just one yearly fee and allowing them to book up to 72 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
Pricing Structure: The subscription will initially be sold at €499 but it will rise to €599 come Friday. In those 72 hours that you can book your next flight, you have an unlimited number of flights available to you.
Building on Previous Success:
This new offering builds on the success of a previous product from Wizz Air called subscriptions which was launched last year in collaboration with Caravelo. The initial program allowed customers to pay a fixed monthly fee for domestic Italian or outbound Polish connections only.

The positive reception of our initial subscription product inspired us to expand our offering, demonstrating that the market is ready for more flexible travel solutions.”
Caravelo’s Expertise: Last September, Caravelo raised €3.5m through funding and has had successful partnerships with airlines including Alaska Airlines, Volaris (Mexico) and Flysafair (South Africa). He said this extended partnership showcases both entities’ commitment towards innovation as well as the development of consumer experience in travel related industries.
