Condor launches Exciting New flights to Rome and Palermo 2025
Condor just made your European spring fling plans a whole lot tastier. On April 5, 2025, they launched their first-ever flights to Italy, connecting Frankfurt to Rome and Palermo—because clearly, Germany wasn’t enough carb capital for one airline.
The plane left Frankfurt with dreams of pizza and sunshine, landed in Rome (FCO) for a bit of gelato-fueled sightseeing, and then casually continued to Palermo, where it probably picked up a tan and a cannoli before heading back the next day.

Spaghetti-Powered Expansion
Rome and Palermo are now officially part of Condor’s expanding Euro-squad, which already includes the likes of Vienna, Zurich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. And because Condor clearly doesn’t believe in taking a break, more cities are being added in May—get ready for Milan, Paris, and Prague. Basically, if it’s got a skyline and a pastry worth flying for, Condor wants in.
Lighter Fares, Not Lighter Snacks
To sweeten the deal (literally), Condor has jazzed up its Economy Light fare. You now get a proper carry-on, not just a purse that screams “I hope this fits under the seat.” Plus, you’ll still get free water and a little treat, because who doesn’t love a sugar rush at 35,000 feet?
Flying Business Class? Expect drinks and a gourmet-style snack that might trick you into thinking you’re in a boutique café somewhere over the Alps. Très chic.
Why It Matters (Beyond the Pizza)
This Italian launch isn’t just a big win for foodies—it’s also perfect timing for the Easter holidays, when Europeans traditionally flood the airports in search of better weather and excuses to eat chocolate before noon.
So whether you’re craving Rome’s history, Palermo’s coast, or just want to update your travel selfies with something that screams “effortlessly chic,” Condor’s got your back—and your boarding pass.
Bellissimo, right?
