Qatar Airways Expands with More Dazzling Flights for 2025

If there’s one thing Qatar Airways loves, it’s winning. Hot off its latest Skytrax award as the World’s Best Airline (again), the airline has decided that travellers deserve even more chances to fly with them. So, in true “more is more” fashion, they’re turning up the frequency on flights across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Because what’s better than one flight to your favourite city? Several flights to your favourite city.

And let’s not forget Hamad International Airport, Qatar Airways’ hub, which also snagged the World’s Best Airport title—plus Best Airport for Shopping. Now you’ll have even more opportunities to sprint to your gate while convincing yourself that a last-minute luxury handbag purchase is a “necessity.”

Destinations Getting a Flight Frenzy

Europe is feeling the love – Amsterdam gets a boost from 7 to 11 flights per week, Madrid sneaks up from 14 to 17, and London Heathrow (because 49 flights clearly weren’t enough) now boasts an eye-watering 56 weekly flights. British travellers can officially never complain about flight availability again.

The Middle East sees a major increase – Sharjah is now practically a taxi service, with 35 flights per week, and Damascus, which previously had just three flights, suddenly gets 14. That’s not just an increase; that’s a glow-up.

Africa isn’t left out – Dar Es Salaam-Kilimanjaro jumps from 3 to 7 flights per week, Entebbe gets an upgrade to 11, and the Maputo-Durban route now offers a respectable 7 flights per week. Oh, and Tunis moves from 10 to 12 flights—because why not?

Asia is also in on the action – Tokyo Narita now enjoys 14 flights per week, which is excellent news for sushi lovers, anime enthusiasts, and anyone looking to wander Shibuya Crossing like they’re in a movie.

Why This Matters (Besides More Excuses to Travel)

  • More flights = more flexibility – No more ridiculous layovers or 4 a.m. departures (unless you enjoy that sort of thing). Qatar Airways expands with more flights.
  • Less stress for travellers, more work for Qatar Airways’ scheduling team – A fair trade-off, really.
  • Better connections for business and leisure – Whether you’re sealing a deal or sipping a cocktail on a beach, your options just got better.

Bottom Line? Qatar Airways Expands with more Flights

Qatar Airways isn’t just adding flights—it’s making sure you have more choices to get where you need to go. Whether you’re traveling for business, pleasure, or just because you found a too-good-to-ignore flight deal, they’ve got you covered.

So, where are you flying in 2025? Chances are, Qatar Airways has a seat waiting for you.
